Last updated: July 25, 2026
Innvorra LLC (“Innvorra,” “we,” “us”) builds and manages digital storefronts, websites, and delivery-platform catalogs for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact information — name, business name, email address, mailing address, and phone number, provided when you inquire about or engage our services.
- Business operating information — menus, catalogs, pricing, product data, and platform account details you provide so we can manage your storefronts.
- Communications — records of emails, calls, and text messages exchanged with us in the course of providing service.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS
We do not share mobile phone numbers. Mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS communication are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing use under any circumstance.
Message frequency varies based on your active projects and support needs. Messages are sent only in the course of servicing your account.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges for messages sent and received are your responsibility.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at marinos@innvorra.com.
Mobile numbers may be shared with our messaging service provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf. Such providers are contractually restricted to that purpose and may not use the information for their own marketing.

We do not sell your information.
Data retention
We retain business records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of information not subject to a retention obligation.
